Sharp HealthCare IS the best place to receive care with the finest physicians AND to work.

Pros

Patient Financial Services managers are great managers, and the staff are the very best in the industry. We have very low employee turnover and the majority of the staff love their jobs, and work hard to make Sharp their home away from home. The staff make the difference and are proud to work for Sharp HealthCare. I do not believe that the work all of us do, would be done with more care and love than by the staff that are doing it now.

Cons

We spend a lot of time away from home, but feel there is no better place to be than at Sharp HealthCare for our employment.
