      Work life balance Hours Compensation Hard to match benefit package $3000+ college reimbursement Easy to move up for the hard working Nice offices / buildings to work in Workload is manageable

      Cons

      Hires lots of contractors rather than FTE Mediocre continuing education reimbursement outside of college (BAD FOR IT!) Work place politics/drama
