      Pros

      Patients are definitely the Pros. The company was funded many years ago with the right intentions. Great state of the art facilities for patients.

      Cons

      Robotic environment. Please make Sharp human again. The score based process for employees make us feel like a object and not appreciated. Management seems to focus on numbers only and lose track of the employee. I agree performance is important. However when you feel invisible because you're a number not a person it brings down employees down in so many levels. All you hear is what you didn't do right in their score bored. Rarely what you did right.

      Pros

      Patients prepared for their surgical procedures with instructions given in office and via telephone that decreased anxiety, prevented complications or surgical cancellations.

      Cons

      No Teamwork, Hostile environment created and bullying from coworkers and management. Not all in department were treated equally. Too many procedure changes made within a small time frame, not enough support or time given by management for the learning curve.

      Pros

      All of my coworkers have been very friendly & welcoming of new staff. Manager is very professional, personable, and wants to help support staff who are at the bedside.

      Cons

      Staff changes and management changes in the past year have created an environment where there is a continuous influx of new hires.
