Very people/employee oriented place to work. From the top down they focus on work/life balance. Lots of fun company supported activities. WOnderful staff and teamwork attitude.

company's values, vision, attitude, teamwork, available resources (i.e. lifting equipment, lift team to help you with patient care)

Cons

CNA's work is physically demanding profession, it is hard-just like in any facility.

Great work atmosphere, friendly staff. The company is on it with training their employees and keeping everyone informed and up to date.

Cons

I found it difficult to move up in the company (I worked in health admin). Organization had a very corporate culture to it.
