      Good company, lousy management

      Pros

      Loved the patients, doctors and whole job.

      Cons

      Department supervisor behaved like a Bipolar narcissist. She was the only factor that made the job unbearable. She lied often to advance her image and behavior was often very unethical.

      Pros

      Good teamwork, decent pay, but really busy environment. Different shifts available and staffing has been good, with good support from MD's and laboratory technicians.

      Cons

      Clientele is very demanding and i-rate. ER cases are very common and not much trauma exposure. Waiting times for patients increased and not much coordination with staffing for ER procedure, sequence and flow.

      Last location was not a good fit for me. Short of people, too much pressure.

      Over all, excellent company, most people very friendly, room for advancement.
