      Pros

      Patient Financial Services managers are great managers, and the staff are the very best in the industry. We have very low employee turnover and the majority of the staff love their jobs, and work hard to make Sharp their home away from home. The staff make the difference and are proud to work for Sharp HealthCare. I do not believe that the work all of us do, would be done with more care and love than by the staff that are doing it now.

      Cons

      We spend a lot of time away from home, but feel there is no better place to be than at Sharp HealthCare for our employment.

      Great place to work for as long as you come to work not play or gossip . You have to be a team play and enjoy potlucks.😊

      Cons

      None at this time. Again it's a great company to work for and learn all that you can. La Mesa west does need a face lift !!
