Flexible Schedule, Good Enviromnet with losts of training to keep you current and safe. Great staff and Employees.

Cons

Boring, but good for the pay! the job is the same day in and day out, can be lulled into false sense of security which is dangerous for a position like this.

Career advancement is a challenge in non-clinical areas. Those who occupy management positions often stay for decades. Very hierarchical structure; special privileges and professional development opportunities awarded to "manager-level and above" exclusively.
