      Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback regarding your employment with Sharp Healthcare, and we're happy to hear you enjoy working with your co-workers. We would like to take this opportunity to clarify information regarding the salary of our nurses. Sharp and our nurse union recently agreed on a new three-year contract. Before we reached agreement, Sharp's average nurse salary was above both San Diego County and California averages. The newly implemented contract includes 12% raises for clinical nurses in year one and a total 21% increase over the three year contract. Sharp nurses also received increases to on-call pay, shift cancellation pay and various shift differentials. Sharp is pleased to offer competitive compensation to our exceptional nursing staff.

      Great leadership training and ample opportunities for personal and professional growth. Very positive and collaborative working culture. High job security.

      Cons

      They are aggressive with their improvement initiatives, which translates to constant change, a lot of meetings, and a large administrative work load. You really need to enjoy being a life long learner.
