      Pros

      good pay/benefits (I only pay maybe $30 a month for an extremely comprehensive medical and dental plan). Very hard to get fired. good bonuses/performance incentives in the form of bonuses, movie tickets, gift cards etc. Very good company to work at for lateral mobility/education (education reimbursement)

      Cons

      upward mobility is somewhat congested by coworkers who have been in positions for 10+ years (for example going from a clinical nurse to an advanced clinician to a manager is very difficult, but going from CNA to RN is very easy due to a lot of internal hiring)

      Pros

      The staff truly cares about you and your well-being. Each floor has a positive moral and the nurses/staff are happy to be there. I felt very supportive and happy to come to work

      Cons

      Float pool can be challenging because you must be able to adjust to each floor without notice.

      Sharp offers great benefits, and takes great care of employees. The work environment is awesome, mostly everyone is very friendly and always willing to help.

      Cons

      The pay may be lower compared to other hospitals.
