      -Good PTO and healthcare coverage for full and part time employees

      Cons

      Same issues that you find working in any other healthcare system - they're all the same. Have worked at 2 different healthcare systems, plus travel nursing. Your happiness at work depends on if you are lucky enough to find a department with a great lead/supervisor and supportive coworkers. A combo of chance and word of mouth.
