Pros
In every and across departments, it's clear that top down the company is focused on creating/keeping an atmosphere that is very collaborative, recognizes great work, and is focused on recognizing and rewarding employees in creative ways that matter to them. Pointing fingers/passing the buck rarely, if ever, happens. Everyone's more focused on learning from mistakes and moving forward.
Cons
Not really a con - just a reality. You have to work hard and be focused on improvement - both personally and companywide, to succeed and be happy here.
