Pros

Flexible schedule, benefits, A/C, bathrooms, working behind a locked door.

Cons

Randomly fires people with zero warning, regular layoffs, bad management, don't stick your neck out cause they'll cut your head off. They act all morally just and well intentioned, but at the end of the day that all goes out the window. They stated that they are all about communication, but there was no indication of my exit from the company or any attempt to help me improve. Which is exactly what I was told the company was about. It's a hollow joke. They play favorites and do a lot of behind the back talking. Best advice, don't even enter this snakepit. They fire those that bust their butts and fight for improvement, and allow those that wander the office rubbing their mouths all day about personal stuff work there for years.

Pros

Fellow co-workers, clients are amazing to work with. Flexibility with hours is nice for those who have families. Food in breakroom, when they have enough money to buy it.

Cons

Upper Management out for their own success. If they feel threatened by the owner, they do not hesitate to throw you under the bus. They preach a "call bs" policy, but accept it only when its not called on them. Unprofessional when dealing with the clients. Raises are not associated with reviews. So if you get a promotion, doesnt mean you get a raise. Stingy with their pay for average employee, but generous with upper management.

Pros

They have a game room and do provide small Christmas bonuses.

Cons

Very little room for growth, raises are no existent. The allow some employees freedom to lounge about while others are forced to work without being able to communicate with others.
