      Pros

      Great Benefits and salary. Excellent training and learning opportunities. Room for growth if you can stomach the politics and can be a "team player".

      Cons

      Little to no appreciation for employees. Most of the recognition of work and employees is treated with trinkets rather than general appreciation or acknowledgement of work. Employees are treated as numbers rather than individuals. Too much emphasis on image not enough emphasis on the individuals that create the image.

      Upper management and sales seem the place to be

      Factory/production positions are the worst. Benefits slashed, no cost of living increases in 2 years. High insurance rates. Seniority and experience are not valued. Cliques and good ole boy syndrome in force.
