      They offer 401kand good pay for the work you do.

      Cons

      Management is tough. Doing extra is a liability. If you do something outside your job description and screw it up, they will fire you.

      Good salarly, benefits, people are generally good to work with, not a lot of office drama

      Cons

      They don't care how long you been employeed, they will lay you off in a heartbeat. Basically you are just a number to them, they don't care about you as an employee

      Pros

      Competitive pay compared to other companies in the industry. Training opportunities are excellent though you may not even use them. Some of the locations are accessible.

      Cons

      Horrible benefits. No sense of employee worth. Poor management seems to be a company wide problem. Be prepared to go to work with one hand tied behind your back. Cronyism.
