      Pros

      I really enjoyed learning more in my chosen field and gained a lot of experience. I also liked working with many of my coworkers.

      Cons

      Sometimes there was unnecessary drama, but I guess it can be that way no matter where you work. I just tried to stay focused on my own job.

      Pros

      Friendly Co-workers and great HR personnel. You can always count on HR to resolve an issue with no bias.

      Cons

      Benefits are horrible. Vacation is almost non existent the first year. Company relies on point system to heavily. Life happens and a great company should make exceptions for certain situations. No pay for snow days when the company shuts down!!!
