      Pros

      It's a really good place to work and has good opportunities for entry level positions. There a lot of really genuine people that are willing to help.

      Cons

      There's not a lot of movement within the middle level managers. This causes a lot of stagnant positions.

      Pros

      Good compensation for the area in Dalton. The ladies I work with are a joy to work around. Supervisors are always there if you need them. I've enjoyed my position and the dealers I work with.

      Cons

      I came to work here in November. Come January, they announced they will be shutting down my department. I went to several interviews and have not have good experiences AT ALL.
