Pros

Sales support at HQ second to none, the sales technology is also very good. Good company name to take onto the territory

Cons

If your not in the club, forget it. Too much territory ambiguity. Too much crossover of brands. Brand infighting

Pros

Big company, small town. Great values and leadership. Industry leader in service quality and, usually, cost. Growing product and geographic diversity. Due for a substantial rebound in volume after many years of sluggishness.

Cons

Too heavy on carpet products in the mix. Difficult industry economics (housing). Strong competitive challenges in base products.

Pros

Great company for stability. Very good training and great benefits. Very good, comfortable work atmosphere and is owned by Berkshire Hathaway. Good for product development and overall quality of products are great.

Cons

Does not pay well for super stars and tends to keep neutral talent while higher talented employees leave. Raise structure is no very good. Company like to keep people at median regardless of talent. Policy is strict on giving merit raises and thus does not allow much.
