Pros

The schedule isn't bad. Pay is decent.

Cons

They look out for management only. Employees are just a number and they are treated as such. Concerns fall on deaf ears, even if it's with employee safety or conduct. I know of a few OSHA violations, but bringing them up to management did nothing.

Pros

Very people oriented. Provide the best products, the best service, and treat their people the best in the industry. Can make super good money if you’re a good rep - You get adequately rewarded for hard work. They invest a lot of money back into the salesforce (great company vehicles, clothing, iPads, iPhones, bonuses, events, etc..)

Cons

Not very diverse. Can be tough to get the location/territory you want at first
