SHAW stand for Sundays holiday and weekends. You will have no life never see your family. Don't get sick or try to push a new idea no matter how long you have worked there, you will get fired. Only people from GA area will get promoted.

If you are on 2nd or 3rd shift, good luck making it to 1st. Plant workers reach level 3 and the vast majority will never receive another raise. They will schedule 7 day work weeks at the drop of a hat, even weeks immediately preceding Christmas. Equipment (especially computers and lift trucks) are left in disrepair for months at a time. No one is on staff at the plant to keep the computers working. If you ask for any kind of understanding for a particular situation, forget it. You can work here 5 years or be fresh out of orientation, it doesn't matter to them. Employees are merely files in drawer, numbers to be cut and necessary evils to upper management.
