Pros

Most of the people working there were fairly nice and easy and fun to work with. Like any other place, there were always a few bad apples but over good pt job.

Cons

It went down hill in terms of management and atmosphere after star market was bought out by Shaws.

Pros

- Amazing close knit team - Some very nice managers -Flexible work hours - definitely a positive work environment for beginners - Great job if you don't mind repetition - Easy to learn and train for work - Managers will stick up for young and new workers in the case of a heated situation involving an angry/upset customer - Good hours (with time)

Cons

- Communication between some management and employees is poor - (not sure if this is just me) Higher-ups refusing to give pay raises to people even when assigning them a new title with more responsibility -Dealing with the general public ("Karens" you know them) - When starting out you don't get much hours - Occasionally stressful when busy
