Pros

Good lesson on antifeminism and inequality in the workplace to use in college courses.

Cons

Hiring all sorts of people who put decent employees in danger. False promises of pay raise. Promoting single men over women with children. Letting anything go, as long as shifts filled. Misconduct rampant. Note in my file to not transfer or promote me based on my anxiety and depression.

Pros

Great Benefits, work environment is generally good. I like most of my co-workers, they're generally all great people except for a couple of bad eggs. We all try to have a good time while working.

Cons

Pay is not great unless you make your way into management, store management suffers from favoritism and tends to actively make operations less efficient, corporate cuts hours and wonders why no one wants to work.

Great first or second job with some room to grow and take more responsibilities. Management rewards good work.

Cons

Grossly underpaid and raises aren't an increase of very much. Not willing to increase pay even when the few people who stayed through tough times are being overworked due to staffing issues.
