      Pros

      Easy way to make money, not picky about hiring and they'll give you all the hours you want.

      Cons

      Huge disconnect between what the corporate office mandates and what is actually applicable/reasonable in the departments.

      Pros

      I enjoy working with the people at my supermarket and being able to interact with customers. Many of the associates are happy with their job.

      Cons

      I dislike the hours at times and not being able to choose when you would like to work. I wish I could work more hours than I do already.

      Not a challenging workplace, most of your coworkers are willing to work with you to contribute to the company's success. Management is good.

      Cons

      Oftentimes the high school students that come work there part time do not care to listen and don't work that hard
