      I like the people I work with

      Pros

      If you are desperate enough to take an $8 hour job, they do let you cash your paycheck in the store. If you ask one week ahead of time they are flexible with scheduling. I like the people I work with, but I usually like the people I work with, so maybe its me.

      Cons

      We never get out on time, they ask too much of employees. The pay is awful. Benefits are not good for part timers and most people are classified as part timers.

      Flexibility Perks at corporate (now fading) Perfect amount of travel to keep work interesting Supportive manager

      Cons

      Poor communication (a lot of gossip and conjecture) Redundancy in work with no progress made Corporate is a TOXIC environment (the building is full of shady people with poor social skills and ulterior motives in powerful positions which never ends well) High level of complacency/time-theft among long time employees

      leadership is terrible, programs and everyday workloads unachievable ...........corporate and stores are not on the same page...very frustrating ......needless mistakes constantly by retail admin. countless price changes dumped on stores at unbelievable amounts ...again unachievable ....etc.....etc ... ohh and training.....is pretty much non existant....thrown to the lions ...pretty much ....in a pinch when business gets busy and the workforce cant handle it because of not enough bodies to get the job done... corporate management says .. cancel vacations ...days off...etc....call them back .
