Decent enough experience

Pros

Topps time is definitely a cool aspect of the job. This is vacation time that every employee builds up over time worked, even part time. You can also cash it in as a bonus if you prefer.

Cons

Very few people can be full time without being a manager. This isn't uncommon, but still is a bad trend in this country. Promotions can be difficult to come by as well. A friend of mine was promised a promotion for the better part of a year before they finally got it.

Pros

Great hours if willing to work night shift. Management was considerate, especially relative to other chains.

Cons

(on night shift) Interpersonal conflict between staff can get more intense due to teams of two working the aisles and high turnover.
