Pros

I really don't think there are any pros. Before there were plenty of pros and was a good company to work for both at a part time and full time worker.

Cons

Company is struggling and is at an all time low. New owners/ same result: looking at the bottom line and how they can save for their own personal pockets. It's all about the gross margin profit... Management expects more with less that it just leaves their employees angered and upset.

Pros

It's flexible, that's for sure. If you're part-time, you work maybe two days a week and they're always willing to cut hours to save money in the long run.

Cons

Management is a bunch of imbeciles. I worked here in college as a cashier and had to argue with managers about hours and scheduling all the time (when I was working at least 2 weekends a month). There is no rhyme or reason to promotions or raises, and it clearly isn't what you know, but who you know in order to get a job here. I worked with a girl prior to our location closing that didn't know there was a difference between nickels and dimes but was hired because her parent(s) worked for the company.
