ALWAYS Understaffed The bad workers will get away with murder, while the good employees get blamed for everything. No one seems to want to work. You are consistently left to figure out managerial problems on your own. Training is non-existent. You are expected to know how to do the job perfectly within 3 days. Expect to make minimum wage forever.
