Great for students who don't care about whether they get 5 hours or 30 while still in school. Great for socializing and making lifelone friends and memories Great for people who like to be manipulated and are constantly around toxicity They are somewhat flexible - if you have people in higher places The health insurance. Maybe the only real good thing about this place.

Cons

Where do I even begin? LOL there are so many... Sometimes the atmosphere can be very toxic and detrimental to your health. Your business spreads like wildfire especially if you don't want it out there so good luck with - everyone talks and bathes in the drama. The people in the day shift get too comfortable and start bad mouthing the afternoon and night shift. The managers suck. They are just like high schoolers - they love to spread gossip too. It's run by children - especially at night. Back to the managers - they also could care less about your availability - sometimes you put in an availabilty paper and it is completely ignored. I could go on, the list is endless.
