Pros

They always had relaxing 80s and 90s music playing in the grocery store. The training program was comprehensive and helped me a lot since this was my first job. Also the managers were very nice, especially the top guy who cares a lot for the store, customers, and employees.

Cons

Union fees were tough because I was younger and was not interested in the union benefits.
