Competitive pay for experienced employees. Usually a relaxed environment. Good work life balance. Taking days off or vacations are usually very easy.

Cons

Some of the people you work with are not always pleasant Some rude customers Hard workers sometimes get "productivity punishment" or obtaining others jobs because your good at yours. Management dosnt always listen to concerns or suggestions for a more productive work environment.
