      Benefits are decent. Hourly workers and salary support staff are good people for the most part.

      Cons

      Terrible management that's always looking for someone to blame. Lying by management is prevalent.

      Willing to promote from within; many employees have worked there in various capacities for 10+ years. Good use of cross-functional teams to solve problems and bring forward fresh ideas.

      Cons

      Pay is competitive for new hires but falls behind for those who stay, unless there is a competitive threat presented. Smaller size affords less promotion opportunities than at larger companies. Generally good communication throughout organization.
