Pros
Work environment is generally positive, office is laid back, dress code isn't strict, work isn't very hard to do, management is pretty understanding, work is decently compensated
Cons
work/life balance could be a lot better, there is "mandatory overtime" every month to finish closing but this is not standard throughout all stores, other departments' incompetence can drastically affect your workflow, management can get stuck on corporate politics
