Was great pay. Becoming lime carmax . Overworked and underpaid. No advancement for any unless willing to play facorites and politics

Great 401k, organized structure, up to date on all technology from the CRM to the docupads in finance. Decent vacation time. Sheehy is a great family.

Cons

Car business hours. More support from store level Management is a must. No demo unless GSM/GM.
