A lot of traffic // decent pay only if you are a top performer

Cons

Management is the worst...mostly upper management//too many hours//no respect as a salesperson//management has only and final say in any circumstance. Management never talks to clients, only when it gets to the point of there being an issue that the salesperson can’t authorize or help with. They also take money out of your paycheck if you don’t get a 100% score on the Surveys that the manufacturer sends out.

diverse employees, flexible schedule (for my position)

Cons

work-life balance does not exist, very high turnover (management included), poor benefits, they skirt the legal line on all matters, personally had a number of issues that had to go to HR.
