      The growth, I became a finance manager after a year of hard work and proven track record of selling 20 plus cars a month. In addition, if you’re one of the top producers at Sheehy organization - you have the opportunity to maximize compensation plan.

      Cons

      The length of hours including every weekend which resulted to no work life balance.
