Pros

The people at Shelf Engine are all amazing people. There are great opportunities within the company. Flexable scheduling, decent starting pay and you are paid for expenses.

Cons

There seems to be a disconnect between HQ and other teams in different states.

Pros

I loved the people that I worked with at Shelf and the mission made "going to work" every day rewarding for the most part.

Cons

Lack of leadership, promised growth opportunities and then they didn't happen. Salary should probably be better for the people who are ensuring that the things that need to get done get done. The lay offs were handled very poorly all around. The people who were left got zero information and were then expected to take on others work.
