Great teams, people are generally very helpful and open to new ideas, good budget for development, after work drinks, team socials and free lunches. Excellent benefits package, strong focus on mental health and safety, flexible working.

Cons

Progression is very slow, some projects and work lag because of security, too many steps or restrictions slowing up the process,
