Pros
Good old company to learn many hardcore business basics. Solid track career path. Very structured company. Changes roles every cycle of 2-4 yrs.
Cons
Not really a place to innovate. Full of unprofessional workforce that is not as diverse as they claim to be. Support to knowledge is rather reserved for the few classified talents which are rarely outside the nationality of the central locations
