Challenging work. Multinational workforce. High levels of responsibility. Competitive compensation. Good training. Great name for the CV. Many opportunities in almost every field

Cons

Bureocratic. Culture is not uniform (as you would expect in such mamooth company) and hence some pockets of the company are less than pleasant
