The company genuinely cares about your well being Colleagues care about each other Safety means, mental health. Which means a healthy work life balance. They are aware they do not pay market leading rates, so do not expect you to work late/weekends

Cons

Bureaucratic. There is a policy for everything. Political. Some get ahead for no reason of ability. More impressed with school/University you went to, rather than ability. Progression is extremely slow for most. Diversity and Inclusion, means sexism, not race, culture or disability. Management is uncharacteristically white, compared to the rest of the company.
