Pros
Great culture, smart but supportive and collaborative bunch of colleagues. Generally fair treatment of employees. Super transparent and open even in most sensitive topics. Good job security. Very meritocratic. Fantastic pension (bit less so for newcomers). Surprisingly low level of bureaucracy for its size.
Cons
For long term employees a slow salary progression compared to job hoppers. Bit mad about Health and safety. Sometimes slow in making decision.
