Pros

- You learn a lot with working with a multinational company - You are exposed to the capable leaders - Their HR cares a lot about people even if there are a lot of changes that the company is facing - Ultimately, Shell is a business that has to run thus reorganization and changes are inevitable because of the changing market, however their commitment in making sure that their employees are paid fairly is very much appreciated

Cons

- A lot of reorganization cause a lot of distress to the employees - Decisions being made are not sustainable thus resulting to frequent changes
