      Good packages.Very good work environment, learning opportunities & career progression. Full integration of Business principles, Occupational health, Safety, Environment & social performance in all business aspects and decision making.

      Cons

      Shell's (the second largest oil company worldwide) decision to split & divest its Downstream business in Africa to (local, smaller,.. companies) to focus on more profitable business downgraded the employees level & financial packages.
