Pros

BSP has a cosmopolitan crowd especially for the subsurface functions. This very diverse work group helps give office teams a global feel. There are opportunities for growth. It is always possible to switch to something different at all stages of careers. Excellent training is available and encouraged. Courses and assignments are conducive to growth. Employees are supported when it comes to development.

Cons

The size and nature of company makes it somewhat political. The sheer gap/ disparity between local and expat deals and status makes it challenging to remain beyond development.

Pros

High sense support and promotion of professional growth. This company has it figured out when it comes to making all team members feel valued

Cons

They need to be more open to newer technology. The old guard must get with the times and tech or they will lag in overall productivity. Every shut-in is avoidable in one form or another and there are so many tools at their disposal.
