      Pros

      Good working office conditions - Work/life balance (at least onshore) seems to be working - Tools to do the work are adequate.

      Cons

      The cost reduction answer to the current energy crisis is to offshore everything - regardless of consequences - Many key experts are leaving and current structure does not do well for eventual growth and expansion. Too much time and energy is spent reapplying for work and not enough on actually doing the work. Promotions (and even lateral moves) are hard to come by.
