- Very competitive salary and benefits - Great working environment - People work well together and get along for the most part

Cons

All companies have inefficiencies and issues, but Shell is the best experience that I have had to date (I have worked at three other companies).

Cons

Bureocratic. Culture is not uniform (as you would expect in such mamooth company) and hence some pockets of the company are less than pleasant
