Pros

Environment of safety, diversity, good place for developing a commercial mindset.

Cons

1. Not a good place for technically inclined. Hardly has a Software engineering culture. 2. Work culture is inconsistent. You may experience product side of the company and tomorrow you may feel like you're in a service based company. Depends on the manager. 3. Frequent reorganization, happens every 15 months on average and takes 6 months to finish. 4. Salaries are not competitive. It doesn't matter if you have niche skills, you're always paid the same salary irrespective of the skill level leading to attrition of top talents. 5. Outdated promotion mechanism. 6. Slow decision making.
