Hired for roles that look fancy, but actual on job work is very average. Not allowed to grow, irrespective of available opportunities. As managers deny approval even if there is a better opportunity. Unethical - Salary package looks decent on the outside. But it is filled with bonuses and other things. So, in hand salary at the end of the day is less. Made to sign contract for a few years (this happens few days before joining). No one takes responsibility for the unethical practices followed.
