Excellent people profile. Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful. Many given support for development.

Cons

Employee benefit policy is getting worse every year. Company even decided to collect company mobile phones back. Job grades are devalued, merit budgets are tighter.

Generally interesting project, travel different places. Big organization. Many interesting people to work with. Off Friday and work life balance (at least they promote)

Cons

Long working hours, management doesn't know what they are doing. Lots of changes in management..very frequent change. Cut jobs easily and employee no motivation to stay
