Overworked, lack of transparency, soooooo bureaucratic (what can be done in a week) is done in months of endless meetings with fancy names and tones of confusing acronyms. So many layers of redundant management and made-up positions. Expect at lesat 1 to 2 re-orgs every year; pray to not lose your job

less growth = promotions like other MNCs Scope of work in any technical field like data etc is bad learning curve is avg because there is no concept of R&D

Lack of company direction, bogged down by processes

Grad Program is 3 years which is too long and will take ages to move up ranks.
