      Pros

      The distract manager is a really nice guy. He has been more helpful than the agent I work for.

      Cons

      This particular agent doesn't call clients that request him only back. Has not shown up for several appointments with insureds. No training, mentoring or guidance of any sort. Continuously texts after hours and uses that as a form of management.

      -Everyone is down to earth, from the CEO down, management is very easy to communicate with -Executives are caring and attentive -Great atmosphere, your supervisor isn't breathing down your throat -So many different advancement opportunities

      The salaries are not very competitive, but I guess they make up for it with the benefits plan,
